I can't fault the Smart Scents, however will not be purchasing form Glow Collection again. After the Smart Scents were missing from the order and a double up of another item (3 wick candle) was received instead, I contacted the support team for assistance. However they were more concerned that they had doubled up on an item I hadn't ordered and paid for, rather than sending the missing item. I was asked if I would like to keep the missing item and I would be issued an invoice, or send it back.
I returned the double up item, but Glow Collection advised they would have to receive it before they would review and send the missing item. I felt held to ransom. Once they had received the double up item, the Smart scent type I had initially ordered had gone out of stock.
The Smart Scents were to be part of a Birthday gift, needless to say it was a belated Birthday Gift once I received them after lots and back and forth.
