What is the DTC Brands Pty Ltd (ABN 55 663 462 940)trading as Glow Collection refund policy?

If you change your mind you may return your item within our normal return period of 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Full Terms and Conditions:

  • items must be returned in new condition;
  • proof of purchase is required
  • refunds need to be applied to the same payment method used for the original purchase of the item(s) being returned;
  • Online orders cannot be exchanged via the reply paid address

Please also note:Customer Service will require photos of any item(s) that arrive in less than perfect condition.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

How long do I have to return or exchange a purchase?

Our normal return period is 30 days from the date of purchase.

How can I return an Online order?

Please contactCustomer Service via email and provide the following information:

  • Online order number;
  • Full name;
  • Email Address used for the order;
  • Photos of the item(s) if they arrived in less than perfect condition;

Customer Service will usually respond within 1 business day and advise next steps.

Can I exchange an Online order?

We do not exchange items.

Warranty Periods

What is the standard warranty period on non-electrical item(s)?

Any DTC Brands Pty Ltd (ABN 55 663 462 940)trading as Glow Collection product that is faulty or not of acceptable quality may be entitled to an exchange or refund under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law.

Please Note: These consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.
