If the product you have ordered is in stock (not a pre-order) we usually dispatch products within 2 business days. In any event, when your purchase is ready to be shipped, we will send you an email with all the details including the tracking number. With that, you can easily keep an eye on your package and know when to expect it. Your order will be shipped out via Australia Post, and you can easily track the delivery status and shipping time through the link provided in the email or by going onto our AI chatbot and adding the order number there. For ALL standard orders a small flat shipping fee of $14.90 Australia-wide applies. For orders over $120 the $14.90 flat shipping fee applies however you can claim a FREE GIFT worth $24.95.

Glow Collection products are proudly made in Australia while our PartyLite Collection are sourced via our exclusive partner Luminex - one of America's oldest and largest producers of pure fragranced products.

The Glow Collection range of scented candles, diffusers and room sprays are handcrafted and poured in Australia using the finest soy wax and local essential oils. 

We are dedicated to using only high-quality raw materials in our production process and we are super proud of supporting local Australian businesses. The fragrances used in Glow Collection candles are carefully selected, and meet globally recognized safety standards. The natural soy wax used in the production process is known for its long clean burning properties. Our hand-poured soy wax candles are made with the utmost care and attention in Australia. Made from creamy, all natural soy wax, derived from renewable resources, these candles are not only environmentally friendly, but also burn for over 55 hours, providing you with endless hours of aromatic pleasure. We use only the finest blend of premium grade fragrances and essential oils to create a truly indulgent sensory experience. The braided natural cotton and paper wick ensures a long, clean burn with an excellent scent throw. As part of our commitment to cruelty-free products, Glow Collection does not use any animal-derived ingredients in our candles.

PartyLite candles are made using high-quality raw materials sourced from company-owned production facilities. The company is dedicated to using only the finest natural essential oils and ingredients in their fragrances. All of the fragrances used in PartyLite candles meet the globally recognized safety standards of the international Fragrance Association and the wax formulas used in their production follow global standards and criteria. The composition of PartyLite candles is a closely guarded secret, and the company does not disclose details about the ingredients used in their fragrances or wax. As part of the company's "BePURE Commitment," a list of over 40 ingredients of concern are never used in their products, including parabens, phthalates, sulfates, artificial colours, and any animal-derived ingredients.

Fragrance is a personal taste and when you burn different candles together you will find you can create your own unique blend just for you.

The use of Glow Collection scented candles, diffusers, and room sprays inside your home is generally not harmful. However, it is advisable to keep them out of reach of children, and pets and away from flammable materials,like you do with your cosmetics, cleaning agents, and fragrances. 

Furthermore, never leave your burning candle unattended, and avoid using it in drafty areas, near an open window, air duct or fan. Remember not to move your burning candle, and ensure it is extinguished, the wax is solid and the jar is cold before handling. Make sure you burn your candle on a flat heat resistant surface. Glass may become hot. Finally burn them for no longer than 4 hours total and keep the wick  trimmed to 5mm before each use. Keep wax free of all loose wick trimmings.

Then when you join, you can earn good money with either or both of our generous Commissions Models. We suggest you consider combining both models for maximum earning potential.

1. The first model is called our Social Selling Model - here once you join you simply receive a unique URL link and add it to all your own social marketing media (be it on your own Facebook, Instagram or Tik Tok account). Simply give it out to all your friends, work colleagues, potential clients as often as you can or maybe even include it as a link in your own newsletter to your clients. Then every time they click on your messages or social posts, a cookie is embedded on their device and when they land on the www.glowcollection.com.au site and they buy - their purchase is immediately registered as yours and you get paid commission. 

Speaking of commission. For all sales you make using your Social Selling Model unique social link you will earn a 15% flat rate commission for all sales that are attributed to your unique social link. How does this work? The unique social link is a simple code that links your affiliate ID to the sale and matches it every time your client clicks on the link you give them. NOTE: the more of your unique URL links you put out, the more you earn and you can’t just slack off. ALSO NOTE: You will have your own dashboard to see how the sales are tracking. 2. The second way to earn money is called the Sell Anywhere, Anytime Model. Here you simply apply to be a reseller and if successful you will be able to buy in bulk at 40% off marked recommended retail price (RRP) for our entire product range. NOTE: This means you can have the opportunity to sell it direct to customers at a market stall, a one on one sale, via what we call Fragrance Scaping (see separate article) or a Glow Show where you get a number of friends around to share the wonderful fragrances at your house or at theirs. Here your order must be greater than of $200. Please note all Reseller orders attract a Flat Shipping Fee of $29.95. It's then up to you how you want to sell them and what profit margin you sell them for however we do ask that you maintain RRP for all current season stock.  

Absolutely not. The more you work both models the more you will earn.

When you register for the Sell Anywhere Sell Anytime Model you will immediately be entitled to receive a 50% discount on every order you place. For example you buy the minimum stock order of $200. This is actually $400 at retail value. Which means you can buy a decent starting stock level. With that we suggest you test the water first and see if you can sell the candles to your friends, family and work colleagues for the RRP. That way you will immediately make a $200 profit. So when you come back you can then order say $400 worth (which is really $800 at RRP). Keep repeating the process and you can start making some good money. Over a period of time you may even feel confident enough to buy ahead and take a stall at a local market. But before you do that we recommend that go and get yourself a way of taking payment with debit or credit cards. Once you start to see the success with your sales you could consider setting up a stall in a local shopping centre during Mother's Day, XMAS or whenever. The possibilities are endless. Nope! We want as many people to join and stay as Authorised Affiliates or Resellers of Glow Collection.  

Absolutely not. We do not believe in multilevel models as we feel they reward the wrong behaviour. At Glow there are no downlines here. Here we encourage personal effort and we therefore reward personal results through recognition. Enough said.

It is always good practice to be insured for anything you do in life nowadays. It is totally up to you but it is recommended as a safety measure. To keep costs down we have a supplier who understands the insurance needs of affiliates and has therefore compiled a simple offer that covers you for up to $20 million in Public Liability and $20 Million in Product Liability in one Policy.
