Find a calm place, perhaps even light a candle, lose yourself in the  flickering flame and be taken you to a place of relaxation by the fragrance that fills your space.

Taking one hour for yourself is not selfish. Believe it or not, you need it more than you think! It will help you, relax and open your mind to many things in your life. You can spend Glow Hour anyway you like. Think about the future and what you want or simply sit in silence taking a break from the world around you.
