These terms and conditions apply to each Glow Collection gift card that you purchase, on the Glow Collection website.
You must ensure that all information provided by you in relation to your gift card order is accurate, complete and up to date.
Glow Collection’ Privacy Policy applies in respect of all personal information collected from you. You must ensure that all information provided by you in relation to your gift card order is accurate, complete and up to date.
Your order for a gift card on the Glow Collection website becomes effective upon successful transmission after you press 'Pay Now’ on the website. You cannot cancel the order after that time. Delivery charges are not payable upon purchase of an eGift card.
eGift cards purchased from the Glow Collection website will be delivered to the email address nominated on your order once your payment has been received.
Risk in the gift card purchased by you passes to you on delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the gift card after delivery.
If we cannot accept payment from your credit card, the order will not be processed and you will not be contacted advising you of this.
Glow Collection gift cards are only valid if purchased from Glow Collection.
Glow Collection gift cards have an expiry date of 3 years from the date of purchase
Glow Collection gift cards can be used towards any purchase of goods up to the value of the gift card on the Glow Collection website. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the gift card value, you must pay the excess using another payment method. If the amount spent is below the value of the face value of the gift card the balance may be applied to future purchases.

Glow Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.
A Glow Collection gift card is not a credit card or debit card and is not redeemable for cash.
