Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Our goal is to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here is some important information about our shipping policy:

Order Processing Times

Please note that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout. We typically process orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Please be aware that during high volume periods, such as sales or holidays, there may be delays in processing times. Additionally, postal service disruptions or other issues outside of our control may also impact delivery times.

Delivery Address

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Options

For orders with calculated shipping rates: The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For all standard orders a small flat shipping fee of $16.90 Australia-wide applies. For orders over $120 the $16.90 shipping fee applies however you also receive a FREE GIFT worth $25.95 

For bulk orders up to 50 units we charge a flat shipping fee of $35.95 Australia wide.For commercial and bulk orders >50 units the shipping rate will be quoted separately.

International Shipping

Currently we do not ship internationally.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment simply go to the chat button and click where’s my order? Enter your order number and you will immediately see where it is in the delivery path.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchases – please read out return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes.

Shipping Protection

You have the choice to protect your order from any losses or damages that happen during shipping for a small fee. To qualify for Shipping Protection you must opt in by selecting the button in the shopping cart to activate Shipping protection. If the button is selected you will see the icon turn from grey to green and you will see the words Your order is protected from loss or damage. If the button is NOT selected you will see the icon will remain grey and you will see the words Click to protect your order from loss or damage. If you wish to be protected you simply click and it will turn green as per above. To claim you must contact support@glowcollection.com.au quoting your order number and delivery number provided by the carrier (if lost in transit). For damaged items the Support team will ask you to take a photo of the state of the box and the products affected. Glow Collection reserves the right to assess each claim.
